When a loved one passes and you are looking to make arrangements for a funeral service, please start by contacting a funeral home.  We work closely with several funeral homes in the area:

Once you have made your appointment with them, their representative will contact the St. Rose Parish Office.

 

We will plan, with them, the date and time of the service.  We will find out what your wishes are and will help them co-ordinate this for you.

 

Once the funeral home has made contact with us, Joy Robles will contact you about music.  Father will also be in contact with your family representative.

 

You will need to let the funeral home  know if you will want a Mass, Memorial Service, Parlor Service, or Graveside Service.  Mass is done only at St. Rose Church.  Memorials, Parlor Services and Gravesides are done by our Priests or our Deacons.  You will need to decide if you want a Rosary and when you want it: the evening before the funeral or the hour before the funeral. A Deacon is assigned to lead the Rosary. 

 

We know this is a most stressful time for you and your family.  By making the appointment with the funeral home, you need only go through the information process one time.  They will work with us here at the church so that we may all make this time more comforting.
